The chicks are six weeks old now and it's time for them to start exploring the outdoors for a few hours each day. We brought them out into an area of the yard we had netted off and their little minds were blown! They all clung to my lap for a while but soon they got brave enough to go out into the grass for the first time. Before long, the chicks were having a blast pecking at leaves, eating grass and flapping their wings as fast as they could!
